Default Midi Editing; Pro Tools keeps changing back the changed notes

Basically I go into Midi Editing and change the notes I want, it all sounds great, then 2 seconds later it reverts back to how it was. Anybody know how to fix this? It's bugging me so much.

It shouldn't be doing that anyway. I have never encountered that. Unless somehow your computer is receiving a ctrl+Z from the keyboard. You don't have a cat do you?
