Need spare parts not in the online store
I'm trying to figure out how to contact Digi about a couple of spare parts for my 192. The shop doesn't have these, and doesn't give a phone# or email for contact.
But I don't think I should have to buy a support code just to try to buy a couple of spare parts. (Specifically I need the blue plastic piece from the front of the 192 -- the one that surrounds the power button where the little "192" football is, and one of the black metal slot cover plates. Both easily user replaceable.) Anybody know how I can get hold of Digi to try to buy these? (Or, better yet, anybody have spares of these they want to sell me?) |

Re: Need spare parts not in the online store
I was able to order these spare parts from Sweetwater via their repairs department.
