keyboard shortcuts wont work anymore

after pushing option apple 3 my keyboard shortcuts wont work. for example "R" an "T" wont zoom in and out after using option apple 3 which is i think the shortcut to take a picture. i hit the picture shorcut by accident and now the key commands wont work.
i pulled up a different project and the key commands worked then i hit the option apple 3 command to test and sure enough the the keyboard wont work on that project now either.
i read something about trashing a com.aplle.toolbox something file but i cant find that file.

You've turned off keyboard command focus, the switch to turn it on or off is by the region window. Square button with a and z in it.

hey there it is. and when you hit option apple 3 it turns it off and apple option 2 turns it back on. ill probably forget that one in about 5 minutes.

this is fantastic. so the little az icon will light up but the keyboard still wont work.

I use Qwikn. It allows me store things like this so I don't forget
