Yes it is because of the specific computer ,OS, and interface, you are using --and the version of PT you are trying to download

Sorry could not resist ---- but seriously you need to give more detail

But firing blind into the abyss -- I would suggest download directly from your My Products page Not Avid link

Ha, yeah I guess I asked for that! I am on Pro Tools Studio, very latest version, new Mac Mini m2 Pro, Ventura.

Anyways, after waiting 90 mins I have managed it via Avid Link, though I think it would have been quicker from My Products, as you said!
Thanks anyway! seems to load up very fast on this new Mac Mini.

Too late to be helpful here, but note that if you've installed it on your first computer and still have the installer there you could copy that (Air Drop, thumb drive, etc.) to your second computer which might save some time.

Is it a compatibility issue between Pro Tools and your second computer? By the way, I would like to ask if the second personal computer needs to use Pro Tools, do I need to buy it again?

If you store your license on an iLok dongle, you can move that between computers and do not have to have a separate license for both computers. Keep in mind that you can only use one at a time.
