ilok.com - server stopped responding.

Anyone else having trouble? Slow login and once you are in the site you cant do much without timing out
Safest test is to look at your history and see if you time out

The server has been like this for the last six or so hours
Just when I need to use the service !

I was able to log into my iLok account from my Mac and PC. I hope it starts working for you.

I had to wait till 3.00 am to get on last night

After a few tries, I could finally log on today.
However, after nearly two days, still no 7.3 auth.
Has anyone starting recieving them yet?

The login is not the problem --you can login fine --the issue is ilok.com has lost their entire services for
Syncing a ilok , viewing your history, transfering an ilok, recieving an asset
The server works for a few minutes and then times anyone out who trys to use those particular services.
I would say anyone who trys to transfer an ilok asset or recieve an ilok asset stands a very high risk of losing it in this state.
After loging a support case ! Even their usual auto email reply service is stoped,
I would say over the last few days they have major technical issues that cant be fixed easily and no backup systems to run with.

i logged in ,and was syncing my ilok when "ilok.com" went offline
nice, hope everythings still there!!

When that happens you can damage your ilok so seriously anyone is crazy to even try and do a sync until the dust settles
Technical support are so busy they cant respond to support incidents at the moment
Who knows maybe the PT 7.3 release pushed the system over the edge
