UVI Workstation & Falcon included with Pro Tools

Well I have three PT licenses (one Ultimate and two native) and I'm only seeing the Falcon AAX for one and no content for any of them. Messed up rollout for sure.

Did those of you still waiting get an email announcement about these? It said... Please note that due to our volume of customers, UVI products may take approximately one week to appear in your Avid Master Account. This is also mentioned in the DUC announcement and in the PTE article.

Nothing here either yet. Is it a manual process? It should be able to do this in minutes or possibly hours if it is automated.

I am happy to learn that you have so many customers that you don’t have the time to do this in time, so to speak. Then spend all the enormous amounts of update and support plan fees you surely must be receiving and get the software stable+bug free and add a few features that I remember from Cubase in the 90-s like folders for tracks along with modern stuff like ARA2, console 1 integration and don’t give the management a single penny in bonuses until it is the best DAW again!

Jeffro, I did not receive any email from Avid regarding Falcon. I know you all have the correct email for me because I did get email confirmation of my PT license renewal at the end of October. So not sure why your email announcements didn't come.


Also, as I reported earlier in this thread, Falcon did appear in my Avid App Manager, but has yet to appear in my Avid Master Account, which doesn't make sense either. So I was able to download and install it, but can't use it yet because the license hasn't been sent to iLok yet. I'm only mentioning it again because it might indicate a problem in the Avid distribution system of some sort.
