So we retroactively deployed all of the parachutes. If you have an expired Pro Tools | Carbon Pro Tools Subscription that does NOT show as a perpetual license in iLok Manager, please open up a Support Ticket so we can get you fixed.

Also, there is a 14 day grace period between when the subscription flips to a perpetual that it will be listed as expired, but still functions as subscription.

I opened a case last Thursday 3rd (04370655), but the answer I got was to look at the FAQ...

Thank you for the screenshots you show me, this is not the information I receive in "My Products".

Ilok Manager, shows that license as expired, consistent with what is shown in "My Products". (But the PT Ultimate one that came after clearly says "perpetual").

I will wait to see what the technician answers me again.

Can you verify that your Subscription license no longer works? I see that it says expired both in MyAvid and in iLok. You are in a "grace" period where your Subscription should STILL work.

Anyhow, please verify so I can get this in front of the IT team.

Hi Mark,

I just deactivated everything I had in my account and I tried one by one.

When I reactivated the license that I recognize is from PT Carbon (by the ID), I was finally able to work.
The message appears that it will be operational as such until March 10, which I understand is the grace period.

I assure you that before I did all this, I couldn't start PT (except by activating Ultimate).

However, after the 10th should a different message appear in My Avid? or in iLok referring to perpetuity? or does it just work as such?

After the 10th, it will flip to a perpetual license. Once it's in a perpetual state, it'll loose anything associated with the subscription... things like the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle, HEAT, & Melodyne 5. Let me know if this is not the case today!

Hi Marc, I waited until today to test the license and it no longer appears, only the PT Ultimate license (see screenshot)

But there is a new "subscription" option that expires in 14 days. Apologies Marc, but this has confused me a lot.

(In ilok Licence Manager directly, I can't activate the license based on its "Id")
