ProTools 12 playback issue

Im have two problems.

1. When I record any audio on a track, when I play it back protools shifts it on the grid forward and I have to constantly shift it back. This just started when I updated this morning to PT 12.

2. It doesn't matter What sample rate Im at, I have the exact same latency when recording. Its not crazy far off, but just enough to be annoying. Sessions that have 40 tracks in them do this, sessions with 3 tracks don't. I know its not CPU cause I don't get any errors and I have an awesome running machine.
