Interface recommendations for Panther?

I'm finally moving up to Panther, 6.4, Accel and am ready to kiss my trusty serial interfaces goodbye. Is there common agreement on what's the best way to go? Does the Digi interface play nicely with others? how about the MOTU MTP AV?
