Default We need DUC answers

Will be nice in this FORUM that once in a while somebody from DIGIDESIGN could intervene and make us our mind more clear about using their products.

yep they do. But they are not required to.

But really the DUC is for fellow Digi users to help each other out.

What I mean is that they can make our life easier For example sometime the answer can be a simple one. And we can troubleshoot better our systems

Seriously though, usually when you actually address Digi in your subject here, they try and answer, in my experience. What did you need to know?

All the simple answers are in the manual or the AnswerBase.. most of the questions asked here could easily be answered by searching the DUC, reading the manual or looking in the AnswerBase.
