Pro Tools 7 & 6.4 Compatibility
Sup again,
I have Pro Tools 7, and a friend of mine recorded a couple of sessions on my setup. However, he needs to take those sessions to another guy for mixing, but he has Pro Tools 6.4. His computer obviously said that it needed a valid Pro Tools file. How can we save the sessions done on my computer to .pts files, so that he can take it to his friend's house. Thanks for the help guys. Nana PTLE 7.0 PB 12" G4 1.25 GHZ RAM 160 GB HD MBOX 2 |

Use Save Session copy in and select PT6.

Re: Pro Tools 7 & 6.4 Compatibility
What about the other way?
I use Pro-Tools 7. If someone sends me a project that was done in Pro-Tools 6, will I encounter any issues? Or will I just have to save it as a PT6 file before I return it? |
