Tempo Change Window bug

A weird thing started happening the last few days while using PT 6.1 (HD) when I click on a triangle in the tempo ruler to change the tempo, the tempo change window pops up but the "ok" button is grayed out and I can't get out of it. I have to force quit and restart. Is this known bug?
