My digi 002 faders does'nt work...

I have the digi 002 with pro tools 7.1
my mac is a powerbook g4 proccesor 1.67ghz, os x 10.4.6 512 mbram...
Everythging works fine but I cannot move the faders. I can move the faders in the mixing window of the software but not from the physical mixer.
Its a problem of configuration???

Personally, I use the Command 8 but the same may apply...
I have to set up the device as a controller in the Peripherals section in the Tools menu.
You may want to refer to your manual to find out how to do it on your 002.

Turn off the desk then "On the 2nd panel down Hold the esc,display and rec buttons together and turn it back on" that will factory reset the desk. It may have a gremlin in the software.
