Paid for (paid monthly) download, Avid canceled it several days later..
I got booted off less than a week after paying for a monthly download of pro tools. The money is not in my bank so it seems avid has it but still feels the need to take away my license.. I have no access to my ASC, my support ticket has not been opened yet. I have things to get done and I cant get through to anyone at avid. This is ridiculous especially when paying the premium we do for this software.. Does anyone have experience with this sort of situation?
