Protools Duet

Dear Sir,
I recently purchased a protools duet,after installing on an IMac running 10.10.3 ,i noticed the protools duet firmware updater can not locate the system. I keep getting this notice...Please run the Pro Tools Duet Firmware Updater found in the Applications > Utilities folder. Unfortunately when i run the updater as suggested i get this other notice...'Make sure you have connected the Duet's USB port to a USB port on your Mac.’' Can you kindly suggest what i am not doing right or what i should do to solve this problem. Thank you.

I'm not a big Mac guy, so hopefully someone else can chime in here, but are you using the latest drivers from the Avid website:http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/d...uartet-Drivers
