Protools Duet Blue Screen on Windows 7

Hello everyone, I recently bought a Avid Protools Duet by apogee for my Home setup (Windows 7 64 bit SP1, FL studio 11.2).
I must say I'm having lots of problem with the Duet
those are.

1. "Click" and "POP" sound coming out of Duet;

2. Blue Screen once or twice everyday (i know the USB 3.0 windows 7 bluescreen issue, but its still happening in other USB 2.0 ports)

3. lagging and hangs of audio

4. Distorted sound in my headphone out when ever I start my PC.

I am also getting intermittent BSOD'S and it references the following driver:

"AvidProToolsDuet.sys"

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Have you completed the recommended system optimizations? Such as turning off Suspend USB devices?

Do you have any other audio interface drivers installed? What about other USB peripherals? Have you tried unplugging everything except the Duet and see if you still have the same problems?
