PT 6.9.3 Keyboard Shortcut -toggle between Tracks?

Is there a PT keyboard shortcut (Mac OS X 10.4.8) that allows you to toggle between tracks in the edit window without having to use the mouse? I checked the 27page PDF and this doesn't seem to be addressed. I am looking for a keyboard shotcut that would let me have the blinking cursor be toggled down into the next track's waveform and then be able to toggle back. Is there such a shortcut??

Commands Focus Mode (a...z box selected)
'P' for up and ';' for down.

to expand to what Rob wrote, note that the the “p” and “;” shortcuts work for the cursor and selections as well. Also, if your keyboard focus is on anything other that “a…z”, one can add the “control” key to the shortcut for identical functionality.

Last but not least… please don’t cross-post — it’s considered bad etiquette. As you already experienced (twice now), folks around here are going to help you just as quickly whether you post in the “TDM Systems” or the “TDM Tips And Techniques” fori.
