Default Issue with setting \"Timing\"

Hi folks,
I'm trying to import a midi file created in PT LE into Sibelius, and having problems. The Sibelius tech support told me that I need to ensure PT LE's midi "timing" is set to BPM. Where is this setting? What does this mean? HELP PLEASE!!!!!
