track view toggle keyboard shortcut won't work!!

track view toggle keyboard shortcut won\'t work!!

I tried everything

but

i can't make the track view toggle keyboard shortcut on my PTLE (ctrl+ minus key) to work. I tried all the control keys and all the minus keys, num_lock, caps_lock and in every combination but it still won't work. The other 2 shortcuts for pre-6.0 LE systems work fine - the zoom toggle and the zoom defaults.

Any solution?
