Default Timing issue

I am running PT 10.0.1 and have an issue with timing that I don't understand.

When I set up a new session and change the tempo to record at 140 or 145 bpm instead of the standard 120, I always seem to come in at about quarter of a beat late. I follow the click track but for some reason it doesn't quite equate to the beats on the track.

Any idea why? I change the tempo by turning off the conductor and clicking on the tempo in the control strip and manually change it by keyboard.

Thanks

Algy
