Default HELP: ProTools duet firmware updater does not detect Duet

Cannot get it to detect my duet to update. Have not found a solution yet, been looking everwhere! Thanks:)

Way Too sparse info but try lauching PT with the N key held down and choose the Duet when the popup screen comes up. See if that helps other wise please provide some more info like Computer/OS/PT Version etc
