Thanks Janne, I will try that, trying to get an answer form anyone at Avid is equivalent of getting blood from a stone. At least Sweetwater seem to know what the they are doing unlike some of the companies here in Australia. The only one I trust in Oz doesn't sell software.

I contacted Sweetwater as you suggested and found all the information I needed in one - repeat one - email.

So the moral of the story is if you have any questions regarding Avid products don't **** around trying to contact Avid or even bother asking here on the forum and getting insulted by Dayrl Ramm just go to another company altogether and get your information, and in a courteous manner by Sweetwater.
