PT 11.1.2 Elastic Audio problem & crashes on quitting

Hi , i installed 11.1.2 and it has the same problems , the same Elastic Audio plug in problem , and it crashes when quitting (with projects) even when deactivating 3rd party plug ins.

Hi , I noticed something i would like to mention (you may see the attached image)
1.The iZotope dll file from the 11.1.2 installation doesn't have a digital signature, while the same file provided with the 11.0.2 Ea Fix solution has it.

NOTE : Although i tried to fix this through Internet Explorer where you can check to enable running programs without digital signature , it's the same.

2.The iZotope dll file's size from 11.1.2 is four times larger than the 11.0.2 EA Fix (which works) how that can be ??
