Windows XP will not remember windows or options?

I have recently installed Pro Tools LE 002R system on our Windows XP machine. All works wonderful except for a few odd items, the list is:

1. Will not remember plug in settings when choosing the display plug in options, such as how the drop down menu is catagorized.

2. I ALWAYS us the Windows Configuration list when working, but when the session is saved and closed, next time that session is opened, the Window Configuration window is gone, must be manually re-opened (I am pretty sure on our Mac this is saved when the session is saved?)

3. When using the super mouse options, the curser does not change into the grabber etc. when moved around the screen.

I have updated to the latest version 7.3.1c3 but all of these items are still buggy...must be something in XP or my machine?

The solution for #1 is to make sure you have Quicktime installed. That may even remedy all of your other problems.
