command 8 offline with ptHD

hi,
i've just installed a new command 8 with my ptHD 8.00, and i can't get nothing else than offline.
command 8 is seen by computer, driver seem to be right..
maybe i miss the point in pthd 8?
i have installed driver from a new install of the soft..so i don't realy understand

i'm running PTHD 8.0.0 with HD2 system, lynx aurora 16 with hd card
windows vista 32 and 7 32, p5w dh delux with e8500, 4gb memory, raid 0 velocyraptor.

everything's working perfectly, but this command 8 don't want know anything

never find what you want..only thing i find in command 8 download support is update for pt 7.4..great

curent firmware version is 02.01.01
so i can update it to 02.01.02..but impossible to find the so called c8firmwareupdtater for pc..with the firmware.

come on, is that a joke ? digidesign just ignore all the previous post about this issue ?

after many hours, try on vista 32b and 7 32-64b, with 3 different computer, with I7 motherboard (lga 1366) and cor2duo socket 775, try all the driver from focusrite and digi, try pthd 8.0.0 and 8.0.1, and many other things.
command is seen in the system, when i want to update it with c8firmwareupdate, unable to locate..
i have try 3 different cable, small, long, pink, yellow, while singing sweet song to the command8..

ok this is becoming more than anoying..
please digitech move over there, do something, give me a phone number or something, french support, phone on your web site not working it's a call free number that i can't call from switzerland for exemple.

i call somebody in uk, the phone number you gave on your web site to be a french phone number, it was (a very gentle) guy from commucation service...who gave me another numbers to somebody who work for public relation...
do i have to call sisters and brothers of the staff too ?

is there an official resseller or support in switzerland ?

is that a joke ?
