2021.3 constant hangs

Well all it indicates is there is something with your system and if you did a security update or something is enough to screw up.

We dont have this and no other studio we work with has this so it is not a bug for others. I would start by reinstall and put ALL plugins in unused folder as PT will crash even if your culprit plugin isn’t loaded on launch.
