Same problem here, Azerty user also.
problem got worse with 2023.03 as Protools won't load with azerty configuration as default.

C'est la même pour moi ici et c'est un enfer ! J'ai pas envie d'éditer 50 raccourcis pour pouvoir travailler. Et même en changeant le clavier en US dans macOS ça reste un enfer... Quand ton Command+A quitte Pro Tools !

Pas de réelle solution, je vis avec cette bonne blague d'Avid. La plaisanterie est juste un peu longue.
J'ai édité les shortcuts dans Protools et ça marche. Le seul truc qui reste, c'est depuis la dernière maj, quand tu ouvres protools le qwerty est par défaut. Faut aller dans les shortcuts, et dans le menu déroulant basculer de "lock to us" à "follow keyboard". (voir basculer de "follow key" qui n'est pas pris en compte à "lock to us", puis "follow key" pour que l'azerty soit bien "reconnu").

Et aussi, pour éditer les shortcuts, ne me demande pas pourquoi, il suffit d'en prendre un qui ne marche pas, par ex Pomme+2 pour le session setup. Et tu coches la case "focus" correspondante et tu la décoches aussitôt. Il faut que le texte "reset" soit affiché en bout de ligne. Tu fermes la fenêtre en cliquant sur OK et ça marche. Si tu cherches à éditer le raccourci uniquement ça ne marche pas... Rigolo non ?

Voilà, une fois compris le mécanisme, ça prend 10min d'éditer les raccourcis qui manquent et de les sauver sous un preset.

Comme l'a dit quelqu'un d'autre, vivement la mise à jour qui corrige tout ça, en espérant que le shortcut play/Stop de la barre d'espace ne soit pas en carafe.

Ok. Merci pour ta réponse. C'est pareil pour moi le basculement du clavier. Bon je vais essayer ton truc pour le Pomme+2 (le truc que j'essaie toujours en premier !). Mais je crois que bcp d'autres ont sautés. Comme le SHIFT+COMMAND+U et le SHIFT+COMMAND+B... Bref à chaque fois qu'il y a une touche de contrôle c'est la merde. Je vais en remettre quelques uns et attendre la p....n de m-à-j. 23.5 on espère...

Avid seems to be aware of the problem. The correct working version is 07-2022 if you don't need the new tools. On the other hand we will not take advantage of the M1 processors

Something must be happening behind the scenes. Meaning, it's changing or updating without us knowing. Mine worked perfectly until yesterday.
That doesn't make sense. I was just working on a bunch of mixes and came in yesterday, and noticed Pro Tools not reading the control button. I thought, maybe it's my keyboard going bad. I tried my control button on other stuff and it worked fine so, I thought maybe something is acting weird in Pro Tools so I restarted my computer. All of a sudden, nothing is working right in Pro Tools as far as shortcuts. I never change or mess with my shortcuts in Pro Tools so, they must be doing something in the background and updating stuff without us knowing it cause I swear, everything after I updated Pro Tools to 2023.3 when it came out until a couple of days ago, worked fine.

Isn't it a way to get Pro Tools keyboard shortcuts back to the original versions? Factory defaults?
I use an Apple full keyboard.

OK, the reason, why I said the keyboard isn't working, is because when I go to disable a plugin, using "Control/Cmd and click", it will not recognize both the control and cmd keys together.
So, I pulled up the keyboard in Mac and the control key and cmd key worked just fine. So, that got me thinking, maybe it is my keyboard.
So, I tried the other control key on the other side, and sure enough, it worked fine.

I've never had a keyboard just stop working on one key but, I guess that can happen. Now, I have to figure out how to open this thing to clean it out and test it again.

Just wanted to update you guys on my findings.

(Cmd+A) become Quit (not funny)
(Cmd+Z) (Undo) become close a windows
(Num 3) not recording anymore
(Cmd+) not working and become (Cmd+0) to switch edit to Mix windows
