Are you wanting a mixer simply to monitor signals, or do you plan on actually mixing through it?
If it's for monitoring only, a Mackie would be fine, and even - dare I say it - a Behringer. If you plan on mixing out of PT and back in for your stereo mixdown, then I hate to say it but you're better off just mixing inside the box. If it's really down to those 3, then I'd have to pick the Mackie. Behringer is for Bush as to what Mackie is for Kerry.
Weed out the one you like the least and go for the other!

mix in the box unless you can afford a good mixer. not one of those you mentioned are such; the mackie is a decent one, but NEVER BUY BEHRINGER ANYTHING is still a good rule of thumb. (that said, i must confess that i used a behringer tube composer in a live project last saturday and it was ok.)

a relatively cheap "good" mixing console would be allen&heath gl3300 - it's not anything special but better than "decent", and anything worse than that, i'd suggest mixing in the box.
