Default Pro Tools 9 crashes every time I open a new session or import session data

Ever since I upgrade to pro tools 9 almost every time I switch sessions or import session data into a new session it crashes pro tools. And I sometimes have to import data 2 or 3 times before it will stay open. There's gotta be something I have turned on wrong. I've done the 9.0.2 updates as well and it still does it. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I also have some problems with it importing auxillary volume levels when I do match tracks. All my aux's will be at +6 for some reason, but everything else will match (except my vocal tracks, which is a problem no one here has been able to help me with! haha. No matter what, my vocal levels will never ever match with match tracks and I have to do them manually). So, if anyone can help out with any of these problems, that'd be great!
