You can save your sessions to version PT version 4x or 3x - Remember that if you save a PT 5 session as a PT 4 or 3 session you will obviously lose some features/information like midi or comments as well as some others.

If this is true, what do people who use Postconform do? Postconform only generates PT 3.x session files.

Thanks for the replys...

I installed 4.3.2 on a different HD for a session I do with a engineer that uses a PT III 4.0.1 system...
Didn't want to take the chance if 5.0 wasn't compatible

AMG,
When you export a Post Conform Session to PT's 5.0 it will do so after you have chosen a name for the PT's session. Then when you go to save it after it is open, a dialog comes up saying "that name already exists do you want to replace? If you hit replace it will not allow you to and you have to call the session something else in order to save it in PT's 5.0
