Default Waveform symbol I've never seen before...

This is probably a silly question, but I received a session from another studio and on one of the regions in the session where the "lock" icon would be if the sound file was locked is a different icon. It looks like a little "waveform" symbol of some type. Does anyone know what that little symbol means?

Just curious. It is only on one region and I'm not noticing anything odd about the region other than the little symbol in the bottom left hand corner.

Any enlightenment would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Joel
