Default Soundminer or??

Is this the only sound FX database program that let's you access an IP address
for your database(s)?
If there are others, let me know. Snapper looks pretty sweet, but no mention
of IP address use.

Thanks

As far as I know, Snapper does not have the search features that Soundminer has. Snapper is good for hearing files you have on your hard drive, but not for quickly searching through SFX Libraries using imbedded MetaData on the audio files.

Netmix would be your other solution, but I don't recommend it. Soundminer is designed and functions much more smoothly.

Owning both, I can assure you Snapper is no replacement for Soundminer. Completely different uses.
