Have you gotten this error when opening a session?
I just upgraded a couple weeks ago to PT v9.0.1
This system is a 003rack, Euphonix MC Transport and MC Mix, Mac Pro 2 x 2.66 quad core, plenty of memory, etc. Issue #1) I'm getting this error message about 25% of the time when opening the Pro Tools application; it's not while opening PT from a session file in finder, just the app from the dock. It says: Quote:
My hardware is on, so I assume it can see it or it would say, "cannot find PT hardware." 9 times out of 9, when I try to launch again, it launches no problem. Issue #2) BTW, I cannot get this system to open a session file from the finder level. It appears to launch for the first half-second, but then does nothing. Anyone else dealing with these bugs? Thanks, Mark |

Re: Have you gotten this error when opening a session?
What troubleshooting have you already done?
OS version? What sampling rate is set?

Re: Have you gotten this error when opening a session?
Thanks Park for all those helpful links. As I'm swamped at the moment, I can't take the time necessary to go through the vast pages of info.
I was just hoping to get a quick answer from someone if they've seen this. And btw, there's no error number when it comes up. Just text. Thanks, Mark |
