Default License transfer problem, ASC problem

Having hard time submitting my case using ASC on Avid's site.

When submitting my case (transfer license) it leads me back to main ASC site with a red caption of "Invalid user". I'm sure the user and password is right (I can log in there when not submitting a case).
My ASC code dissappeared from "Not yet downloaded" products, yet there is no sign of any case submitted by me anyway.

Can anyone help, or lead me anywhere I can go with that?
