Can\'t add a video track (?)
I have ProTools LE 7.3 with an Mbox 2. My system has a short Quicktime movie, and I want to add sound effects to it. It currently has no audio tracks at all. I would like to synchronize the sound effects to the Quicktime movie.
According to the Reference Guide, Chapter 36, I can add one video track in v 7.3. However, when I click "add track" I only have a choice of mono and stereo audio tracks. The menu display says NOTHING about video anywhere. Is there something special I need to do first? Do I need to buy the DV 2 kit, for example? According to the documentation, this should not be required. |
