Who do I contact

I am having issues with the digital display on the MC Control, who do I call for a replacement? Cant find anyone to contact, before I just sent an email to Euphonix

I'm just going through this process to arrange purchase of a replacement MC mix facia panel - for me it's cost £50 to get an Artist ASC code, then another £22 (+ postage) or so for the facia itself.

The good news is that just this second I received a call from Avid UK and as this is a repair issue my ASC code is going to be refunded. I queried whether there was a better way to contact Avid for repairs rather than support and was told that Avid run a support code model so in essence 'no'. At least the ASC gets refunded!

I never purchased a support code. I just emailed avid tech support. No issues. They quoted a price and I sent in the unit. Easy
