Program Changes on MIDI track?

Pardon the MIDI 101 question, but I'm very basic with MIDI use.

I'm trying to add program changes to a MIDI track, but I can only seem to add one. When I try to add another, it removes the 1st.

I can't imagine this is a limitation of program changes. How do I add additional program changes on a MIDI track?
