Artist Control not working with PT 11.3.2

Hi guys

So I decided to upgrade my OSX from 10.8.5 to 10.11.5 and my Artist Control does not react at all whenever I start PT HD 11.3.2.
Artist works fine on other application like Safari etc and strangely enough world perfectly fine with my PT 10.3.8

My EuControl firmware is
MC Control
current version: 1.3.7.0
already at version: 1.3.7.0, won't upgrade.

All surfaces are up to date. Click 'Done' to exit.

so it seems up to date and HD drivers are 11.3.1

Really got stucked with it and running out of ideas what else I can do/download.

Any ideas, please?

Is EUCON enabled in Peripherals>Ethenet Controllers? If so, trying rebooting the computer.

EUCON was not enabled.

Works perfectly fine.
