Default Plug In folder/support folder corrupted??

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

I'm on PT 11.1.3. Trying to find my actual Plug Ins and Unused Plug Ins folder on Mavericks 10.9.1....when I go to Library/ApplicationSupport/Avid, all I see is a single folder that says (F4CDDB0......etc) with a User Settings.ini file behind it. All my plug ins are loading correctly, but I can't find the actual plug in folders.

Has this folder been corrupted somehow? Or am I looking in the wrong place? Can't find info on google on this....

Thanks.
