SOLVED - works fine now-
First experiments with Caron and Hardware inserts have been disappointing. Tried stuff I do everyday with my HD8 on winXP: All drum tracks output on bus 1-2 2 aux tracks have as input bus 1-2 Perfect Phase 1) On one of the 2 auxes I open a hardware insert (DB25 I/O) Out of phase between the 2 aux tracks (about 8samples) 2) Duplicate a snare track (always to bus 1-2) Open a hardware insert Dramatically out of sync (clear delay between the 2 identical tracks) Putting all drum tracks on DSP seems to solve the issue (aux did't matter) Shouldn't hardware compensation work on non DSP tracks too? System is Macbookpro 2017 catalina
