Default Strange Behavior with Avid Loops Regarding Drag and Drag Tempo Conform

For whatever reason the Avid loops don't respect the processing preference for Drag and Drop Conforms to Desktop Tempo. On a new session they will ask if you'd like to import tempo from the file and on a session with other material they will conform to tempo. Not sure if this is intentional as a compatibility thing but at first I thought it was a 2023.12 bug, but loops from any other source aren't effected luckily.
