What this means and how do you fix it??
Launching Video Engine Not Recognized Video Hardware Connected!

This just means that you don't have Avid Hardware or video card, so if it's the case there is nothing to fix at all.

well I have the Mac Pro video card..I just think I did not see that message with PT HD 8.0 CS3

Look in the Digidesign folder at the same level as the Pro Tools application, you will probably find a folder called "Video Engine". It was installed there if you selected the option while installing Pro Tools. If you don't have a MOJO, delete it. If deleting things makes you nervous, just rename it to "xVideo Engine". Pro Tools will ignore it and no longer look for Avid hardware.
