Map jog wheel to move edit selection up and down?

Theoretically it seems I should be able to do this with the artist control... but I can only get it to go one direction even though I have Jog wheel left set to "p" and jog wheel right set to ";". Any thoughts why this might not be working? It will only move the selection down. Thx-

ok suddenly working... not sure why... but sometimes as I navigate around it stops.. even if I click the soft key that is assigned to it. This editor needs a facelift methinks...

Ah yes! yesterday was my first day with it so I'm still getting the hang of it... that makes much more sense, thx!

Thx! Yeah this seems like its going to help my workflow quite a lot... there are some funny ergonomic things... like why isn't the touch screen be a bit larger for more soft keys? and it takes a little too long to get to a mapped plugin parameter as far as I can tell, but so far pretty cool. and YES, copy paste PLEASE. bizarre that this is not part of the editor's functionality.
