Default Exporting Region Groups as Audio File

Hello,

following situation:

i used beat detective to quantise a audio sequence wich i had recorded from an hardware Synth. Within this process the original Region has been split into several small regions. the quantising did work well...

now i want to export those regions as one audio sample, so i can load it into a sampler plugin in the future for example. how can i export sveral regions as on audio sample? i found the region group function but this will only allow me to export a region group. i dont want to use the bounce funktion because the track allready also contains other tracks and plenty of plugins.

i hope you understand what i am up to thanks for any advise.

best regards from germany, mark

Highlight the entire selection you want to be a single audio region and consolidate(Edit>Consolidate selection, OR Shift-Alt-3 for Windows users)

Region Groups should be viewed as containers, containing regions as a group. Albee has pointed out that this group of regions need to be consolidated to form one whole file, thus not a group of files.
