Subscription-based Artist won't launch

I'm fully paid up, what's the deal w/this message upon attempt to launch???

"License Verification Error- Pro Tools Studio Subscription"

"Pro tools studio subscription could not be loaded. please contact the software publisher for support using this software"

"content key exchange failuer...blah blah blah"

Need more info. Especially, how are you trying to authorize Pro Tools? Using the cloud method is my least favorite. Intro should be able to be licensed directly on the computer(I have it working on a backup system here with Windows 11 and its working fine). My preferred method is to use a physical iLok connected to my computer. Have you installed the ILM(iLok Management software)? Have you found your license in ILM>Available Licenses? Some basic details on the computer, OS and interface may also help get the best advice/help.
