PT 7.1.1 Start Up Issue

Hello,

I'm running PT 7.1.1 on a Mac OS X 10.4.11. I ran a combined update yesterday (2/16/09) from Mac for the Safari browser. Today when I attempted to run PT, it would not boot. I uninstalled the software several times, installed PT 6.9, and tried to boot. I got these two errors:

digidesign MachO service framework failed error: -1501

InitMachOFileShim

I read another forum directing me to clear the library of those digidesign files, due to the InitMachOFileShim issue, reinstall PT and restart my machine.

I did that, and reinstalled, PT 7.1.1. The program will not open, and only bounces in the docking window.

What other steps should I take to ensure I've removed all the problem files?
