Default Catalina and PT for Apple Silicon

I haven't gotten an M2 Mac yet. Can I still use PT 2023.3.0 on Catalina without any problems?

If I can, is it best to delete the old PT and install the new one or will the new PT overwrite it?

Thanks in advance

No need to delete anything. PT installations overwrite previous installations.
