Launching ProTools Express 10.3.4 on Windows7, if you have the following error 'Access violation occurred, unable to read location: 0x0000000000000008' while loading the plug-ins, then freeze:
Just remove the Avid drivers and reinstall them. No need to touch PT, change compatibility settings, move the plugins folders etc); If this helps someone, please drop me a line because it tooks me long hours to come to this, would be nice to know if it helped anybody.
