So many problems with this. Maybe its translation software...
#1-what does Audi Q5 have to do with Pro Tools? #2-there is no such thing as Vista 7. Do you have Windows Vista, or Windows 7? #3-have you tried searching youtube.com for some tutorials? #4-do you have an audio interface(you need some way to get audio into and out from Pro Tools)? #5-do you have an iLok(version 2 or 3) with a valid Pro Tools license on it? When you run the installer, right-click on the Setup file and choose Run as Administrator
