Computer shuts down when i open pro tools HELP!!

Hello all! I planned on moving my pro tools le set up from my old computer to my newly built computer. here are the specs:

CPU: Athlon Athlon 64 3500+ (socket 939)
MOBO: Asus A8V Deluxe
MEM: 1gb (512 x 2) DDR 400
OS: Windows XP SP2

I have the Mbox that came with Pro Tools LE 5.3.3 and I was trying to set it up on my new computer like i said. I install Pro Tools first and everything goes well and it asks me to restart. As soon as i log back into windows and click on the short-cut to pro tools my screen blacks out and my whole system restarts. I have checked my event log and saw no errors. I uninstalled and reinstalled on various drives and still the same issue. I have no idea why this is behaving this way. This same setup works on my old Celeron pc. Any ideas or workarounds for the 64 chip or what do you guys think?

oh yea i tried the Interlok Drivers but that didnt fix my problem. Below is the error code i got from windows after it rebooted.

C:\DOCUME~1\sim\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERae93.dir00\Mini05 0406-02.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\sim\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERae93.dir00\sysdat a.xml

anyone know about these files?
